GoneHi is provided by GoneHi ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service

GoneHi collects public procurement notices, scores them against the profile you enter and sends you alerts. Scores and summaries are produced automatically, including by an AI model, and can be wrong. They are a pointer to the source notice, not advice. Always read the original notice before deciding to bid.

Trial and payment

New accounts get a 14-day free trial. After the trial the service continues only on a paid plan. Prices are shown on the site and can change with 30 days' notice.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for what is done under your account. One account per organisation may have several members.

Data

Notice data comes from Find a Tender, Contracts Finder and Public Contracts Scotland under the Open Government Licence. How we handle your data is in the privacy notice.

Liability

We provide the service as it is, without a guarantee that every relevant notice will be found or scored correctly. We are not liable for missed opportunities, lost bids or decisions taken on the basis of a score. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

Ending the service

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that misuse the service. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
